Returns and Exchanges
It's a simple deal - click the big button below and let us know the reason you wish to return your purchase including a couple of photos depicting any concerns, and we’ll take a look with you. It's all part of our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Easy enough, so you can concentrate on the more important things in life.
While it's lovely to receive a thoughtful gift, sometimes you just need to exchange it. Complete the exchange form with the order number and delivery recipient's name, and we'll be able to help you out.
If you don't know the order number, you will need to ask the gift-giver to contact us for you.
Where do I send it?
Once you have filled in the "Request a Return form" we will send you the address to send it back to us.
How do I cancel the order?
Once your order is placed, we cannot cancel your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.
Please note that once your order is submitted, we immediately begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps.
You can check the status of your order by clicking on "Order Status" in the confirmation email.
When can I return the product received from Snoogg?
You can return the product if:
Ø You received a faulty/defective product
Ø You received a physically damaged product
Ø You are unhappy with the product quality
Ø The product is different from description on the website
Ø There is Size/Fit issue
Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement?
All items which can be resold are always eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return/replacement:
Items that have been worn/washed/soiled
Products which were sold as combos/sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
Seal open branded items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the product as they can’t be resold
What are the Terms and Conditions for return/replacement?
Products must be in their original condition
Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted
Brand packaging should be intact
How can I return the product received from Snoogg?
If the delivered product falls under any of the above mentioned cases, we request you to write us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange for pickup of your package within 4 working days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners.
What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?
If you receive a physically damaged product, we request you to write us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 4 working days of receipt of your complaint, check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request.
What if I choose to have replacement and the product is sold out on Snoogg?
Replacements are made basis availability of the product on the website. If the product is not available on the website, we’ll initiate refund after your confirmation
What can I do if the product is not available in my size?
If a product is not available in your required size, you can choose to be notified when it comes back in stock. To create a notification, please go to the product details page, choose your size, and provide your email address in the text box below the size display. We'll send you an email as soon as the item is back in stock.
